I really like the idea of a "computer dating service" that you have to go to in person to use. I also like the idea that this computer dating service would just be a woman at a desk, without any other chairs or furniture, like the customer service desk at a grocery store. But the part that I like the most about this is the implication that there's some unknown quality to Ziggy that just screams "Compatible with felons".
