Jeff, do you know anything about this? Is there somewhere in the world he can go to put his medical talents to work for others in a way that's rewarding to him personally but that the women in his life might not understand? Something that's more fulfilling than sitting around an apartment nattering away about neighbors and Charterstone bylaws ever could be? Something that won't make him feel like he's whiling away his time sexlessly until his cold, lonely death? Jeff?
