Mary Jane has some major face stretching action going on there. Like she's so distraught that she is literally pulling her face into two halves. Peter Parker, on the other hand, is having electro-stink issues, unless those lines represent his Spidey Sense. In which case, it's evidently extra sensitive now and has started to warn him about approaching socially awkward situations.
